If your product comes from NamekToys it is an official product.

Our products come directly from the biggest Japanese brands (Bandai, Banpresto, Masterlise, Sega, Furyu to name only the biggest), and have been for almost 10 years.

A purchase from NamekToys is a guarantee of receiving an official licensed product.

Payment:

You can pay by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Stripe and many more.

The available payment methods may vary depending on your country of residence, find the list of available payment methods on the payment page after entering your country.

Absolutely, you can pay on our website safely and your data is protected. Our payment partners all have a very strict security policy.

The safety of our customers is our priority.

Pre-orders are to be paid in full on the day of the order.

Warning: If the same order contains available items and pre-order items, this order will be shipped when all the items it contains are available.

To receive all your items as soon as possible, we advise you not to mix pre-orders and available items in the same order.

The release dates of pre-orders are indicated on our website on each product sheet.

Pre-orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 working days once they are received at our premises.

Warning: The release dates are given by the manufacturers and are for information only, they can be modified by them without prior notification.

To find out if a pre-order is available, we invite you to consult its product sheet:

  • If the "pre-order" logo is present in the photo, it means that we have not received it yet.
  • If the "pre-order" logo is no longer in the photo, this means that we have received it and that it will be shipped within 1 to 5 working days maximum.

In order to avoid unpleasant surprises with a total amount that increases when choosing the delivery method on most online stores, NamekToys chooses not to charge delivery costs, you only pay the price of your items.

Obviously! All our packages have a tracking number and can be tracked online via your post office or a tracking site. NamekToys also offers you insurance on the payment page, this one has a ridiculous cost and reimburses your order 100% in the event of loss of it by the postal service.

The tracking number for your package will be sent to you by email on the day your order is shipped.

Your tracking number will be a combination of letters and numbers like XX000000000XX.

We offer insurance on the payment page, this one has a very low cost and will reimburse you 100% of your order in the event of loss of it by the postal service.

A large majority of our products are shipped in Epacket and Small Packet format.

The average delivery time observed with this format for more than 90% of our customers is 7 to 10 days (from the day of shipment).

Please note that delivery times given by postal services are indicative only and may vary.

You can track the progress of your order using the tracking number(s) you received on the day it was shipped.

Tracking can be done via your post or an online tracking site of your choice.

The delivery times given by the postal services are indicative only. They do not take into account any delays of the latter or third-party services participating in the delivery of your package.

However, there is nothing serious about this, delays can happen.

If a problem were to appear concerning your package, we would be the first to know about it and we will contact you to resolve it as soon as possible.

If your package is late and we haven't contacted you, that means there is no problem with it.

However, we still advise you to take out the insurance option at checkout, it will compensate you 100% in the event of loss of your package by the postal service.

For an order to appear in your personal space, you must be logged into your account when validating your order.

If you validate an order without being connected to your account it is therefore quite normal that it does not appear there.

However, nothing serious about that, you will still receive all email notifications related to your order.

Customs fees and VAT in Europe:

You live in France, there is no VAT or customs fees to pay upon receipt of your package.
